Tuition is due in full or by first installment by July 15, 2026 to confirm your child’s registration.
Extended Payment Plan – Three (3) equal payments due July 15, Sept 1, Oct 1.
There is an early registration discount of 5% off fees for families who register and pay in full before June 30, 2026.
Late payment fees of $25 will apply to any missed payment.
Methods of payment: cash cheque, credit card (full fee payment only) or e-transfer. Cheques made payable to Young Voices Toronto.
Bursary Applicants – will be required to pay any fees that are part of the approved bursary. For more information about bursaries, please contact Jackie, our General Manager (manager@youngvoicestoronto.com)
A one-time referral credit of $100 available for referring new choristers to YVT. Please indicate your referral in the registration form to be eligible. Terms and conditions apply.
Siblings discount of $50 available for second and consecutive children registered, to be applied at the time of billing.
YVT T-Shirt Fee
All choristers must have a YVT T-Shirt by the start of the year. T-Shirts cost $20 each (fees to be added to invoice).
Uniform and Music Deposit Fee
All choristers in Cantabile and Encore pay a uniform and music deposit fee (detailed on the invoice) of $200 for Encore and $100 for Cantabile. When a chorister leaves the choir and upon returning the uniform and music in acceptable condition, the deposit fee will be refunded. Uniforms and music must be returned before June 30th otherwise the deposit fee will not be refunded.
Due Date
Annual tuition and mandatory fees must be paid according to the Payment Terms outlined above. Choristers with any outstanding balance on the annual tuition and mandatory fees will not be permitted to participate in any YVT programming without fee payment.

Refund Policy
Singers are expected to fulfill their commitment to participate in YVT for the entire season. Young Voices Toronto is a non-profit organization that relies on registration fees to maintain the high-quality programming for which we are known. If a chorister resigns before the end of the year, the following policies apply:
for choristers who register in September: prorated refunds, less an administrative fee of $50 will be issued if the withdrawal takes place prior to October 15. Camp fees for Encore choristers and retreat fees for Cantabile/Dolce choristers will not be refunded; refunds for Cantabile and Encore choristers cannot be processed until music and uniforms are returned in good condition
for choristers who register in January: prorated refunds, less and administrative fee of $50, will be issued if the withdrawal takes place prior to February 15; refunds for Cantabile and Encore choristers cannot be processed until music and uniforms are returned in good condition
refunds are processed via EFT and YVT requires banking information from families requesting a refund.
